James leads All Saints under our College of Bishops and alongside the local church vestry. He was raised in Calgary, lived in Vancouver and Sydney, Australia, where he has worked in public safety, parish ministry, and counselling. He completed an MDiv at Regent College, Vancouver, and a graduate degree in psychology at the University of Calgary. He is married to Fiona and they have two daughters.
