Anson was born and raised in Hong Kong and have lived in both Canada and the United States. He has an Electrical & Computer Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master of Divinity from Regent College. He is the rector of Good Shepherd Richmond, which focuses on ministering to new immigrant families. He is married to Charis and they have three lovely daughters Alethia, Sophia, and Kolpia.
