Rev. Allan Tan: I had a sense of a call to pastoral ministry many, many years ago. But it was not clear to me how I was going to go from a sense of call to actually being ready and equipped to go. Artizo gave me a path and a concrete plan. As I went into Artizo, I realized how many relationships were being built among churches. My favourite part was a sense of belonging. Artizo placed me in a community with other Artizo apprentices, with an Artizo Trainer, and within a church with a spiritual mentor.
